Cancellation Policy

At Elevate Barber Studio, we value your time and ours. Clients have up to 4 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments (no show), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

We allow a 5-minute grace period for appointments. If you’re running more than 5 minutes late, please call the shop to see if we can still accommodate you.If you are 10+ minutes late with no call, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.This fee will not carry over to a service at a different day/time. After 10 minutes, we will move on to the next waiting client.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled if it cannot be accommodated within the remaining time.

If we are able to accommodate your service despite the delay, a late fee of $10–$15 will be added to your total, depending on how late you arrive.

Please note that arriving late may also limit the level of detail or service we’re able to provide in your appointment time.
