Welcome to Elevate Barber Studio. By booking an appointment, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments & Services

All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking platform, phone, or in-person. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service at our discretion.

To maintain quality and punctuality, please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable service deposit requirement for future appointments.

3. Payment Terms

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. All payments are due at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. SMS & Email Communication

By submitting your phone number or email via our website, booking form, or in-person, you consent to receive SMS and/or email communications related to your appointments, promotions, and studio updates.

You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking "unsubscribe" in emails.

We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

5. Liability

All services are provided by licensed professionals. However, Elevate Barber Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or injuries resulting from services rendered. It is your responsibility to inform your barber of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to service.

6. Studio Rules

To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, please:

Keep phone volume low during services

Supervise children at all times

Refrain from bringing food or drinks into the barbering area

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
